Arrived promptly
Arrived promptly and competively priced. I was a bit concerned that the product might get damaged in transit but seems to have been handled with care by the courier. Looking at the Smeg packaging it does not look like it could withstand heavy handling. The seller did use additional box packaging for extra protection but it could probably do with a bit more in my opinion given this is an expensive item.

Loved the kettle and the different temperatures and also loved how they look in my home

Like the style
Love the colour and design - easy to operate but the toaster is chipped already x easy to clean and empty the crumbs - different temp setting on the kettle - heats very quickly

Overpriced
After four years the kettle hinges fell apart meaning we can open the lid, have to fill through the spout. Overpriced and poor quality rubbish, don’t bother.
