This set is suitable for home use using any of the programs available on youtube.The bands seem to be of good quality, I've used them all several times and they are going strong. The handles are light but work fine. I've the heavier set as I use some weights already but I'd consider the lighter set to be suitable for beginners and those a little older. For the money you can't go wrong.

They break easily but good for exercise

I love this product, great bundle and worth the money.I read some reviews about the bands snapping, but so far after a week of regular use it is still good.Only criticism is that I think the labels are wrong, as the yellow band feels heavier than the red, but labels say otherwise. Well worth buying to get used to weight lifting as part of your exercise routine.

Came packed well* True to its word. They each have their weight(resistance) on the end.* The stitching is strong as shown in the photos.*There's 2 ankle straps. 2wrist and sponge grips and a door anchor. With a sponge wheel so it won't scratch or mark the paint work on the door.* It has a draw string bag and a little booklet with a couple of diagrams relating to each position. Not all just a few.*All fits nicely in the bag that has a rope/string draw and a toggle.Would definitely recommend this.

A reasonably well made product that is working well at the moment. Lost a star because of poor delivery. Left out in the rain around the corner and I didn't know it was there.

Excellent value for the money

I bought these resistance bands for strength training as I am a senior and don't particularly want to join the lycra-lithe at the gym. The bands are graded from very light to heavy. I started on the lightest (yellow) but needed to grade up as it was too light but can see that the lightest would be great for someone recovering from an illness, etc. I then started on the red band and used that for some weeks before progressing to the blue band. However, I aim to stay with the blue for a while as they can be tremendously deceptive. You really don't feel as if you are making an impact but, believe me, you are. I have found them easy to use and very flexible and have been following an exercise regime on YouTube specifically designed for my age group. I do prefer the tubes with handles as they seem more stable and don't give you whipped buttocks like the bands do if they slip...... Yes, I have had that experience and it really hurts! I would recommend these for anyone thinking of starting out to getting fit and they seem to have received favourable reviews when comparing them against gym equipment. Easier to use, portable, and the same benefits eventually.
