Extremely spicy, tandoori/barbeque like taste
The noodles' texture is better than other Maggi noodles. I used less than half the packet each of the sachets (powder and oil) and still it was very spicy. Tasted like tandoori/barbeque flavour. Buy only if you like/can tolerate spicy food.

Liked it
I’m not a fan of the original Maggi, but I’ve tried several other flavors, and the Korean BBQ Veg Maggi stands out as exceptionally good. I enjoyed it so much that I reordered several packets. Cooking it is straightforward, although the seasoning oil packet could be slightly larger to prevent spillage when cut open. The barbecue flavor is well-balanced—not overpowering—and the overall taste includes a subtle hint of sweetness that complements the spiciness beautifully. The seasoning oil enhances the texture, making the noodles more enjoyable. The portion size is satisfying, leaving you tempted to reach for a second pack—but it’s best to enjoy one at a time! While this flavor is delicious, I wouldn’t recommend eating it too often, as frequent consumption of instant noodles might not be ideal for gut health.

Too spicy and expensive for a ramen
Wife:I wanted to try Korean-type ramen for the first time. And I chose my trusted brand, Maggi, for the same. Clearly I should just stick to the regular masala Maggi as this tastes too spicy (I am a Bengali, and that says something about my spice threshold) and is too little for the price I feel. The only part I liked was the type of noodles and the garlic pieces that made it edible. Definitely not a second purchase. Will try other brands to see if this is how Korean ramen tastes in general. If so, I don't think Korean ramen is for me. If they turn out better, then Maggi probably take some of the feedback here and rework on the taste. I usually don't come in to type out elaborate reviews as this. But this sort of ruined my anticipated meal! I'll probably switch back to Top ramen or Wai Wai if I want variety.
