Q: Can you use it in soild Wood flooring?

The cleaner is designed for cleaning Amtico flooring. This is a vinyl tile flooring and very unlike solid wood floors or other wood faced boards. I suggest a cleaner specifically for wood floors would be better suited and less likely to cause any problems.

Q: How often should you use this? Is it ok to use once a month and use multi purpose cleaner the other 3 weeks?

I actually use this maintenance product every month and wash floor with washing up liquid during the rest of the month. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this a genuine Amtico product because the packaging is not the same as the ones on the Amtico website?

I always buy this - I am sure it is. It smells exactly the same. I was sceptical at first but compared it to the one I was given with my floor and the same.
