Love this tablet, I work on it all day and the battery lasts for hours!

The tablet was advertised as unlocked. The tablet was in physical great condition. However, it was locked on the Verizon network. Despite everything, I attempted my carrier, informed me they were not able to assist me on this matter until I had it unlocked at Verizon. I contacted Verizon and they said only the previous / tablet account holder can have the tablet unlocked.

I am satisfied with the tablet but the 5 stars is for the Amazon Support. They were very responsive and supportive with the issues.The tablet was great. I love it.It is a Verizon branded tablet and complains each time I start it because the sim is not Verizon. It is an annoyance but because the tablet is so amazing I can deal with it.

it is a decent tablet, fast enough for everyday use so i give it a 3 star rating.if i want to be limited on how i use the tablet which i paid in full, i would have got an iPad.i want to use my own tablet the way i want to use.this tablet does not have Android Auto installed as a system app, and there is not way to root it so i couldnt modified it to make Android Auto work.this tablet doesnt allow phone calls unless i have a phone tether with it, eventhough it is fully capable of being used as a phone.i got an even cheaper Lenovo tablet, it works like a 11 inch screen phone.

Tableta bloqueada. No me permite acceder a mi cuenta de Samsung... Si no tengo solución voy a tener que devolver porque no puedo hacer ningún trabajo sin mis datos y configuración previa de mi otra tablet... Ayuda por favor urgente
