These were a huge help with my ACL tear and surgery. I used them twice a day and usually fell asleep with it on at night. They stay rather cold for about an hour. The straps are plenty long enough and they will stay on to walk if you wrap them tight enough. I actually preferred using these over the ice machine I was given after surgery because they seemed to be colder.

Takes a while for it to refreeze completely (hours) but when it is cold, it works great. Covers most of the knee and is comfortable to wear.

Husband got these for his knee pain. He said they’re “cold as ice” (pay him no mind, haha). They wrap around both knees well enough. He doesn’t walk around with them on so I can’t say if they slide or come undone. He does use them frequently after a long day of work. Would recommend to others with knee discomfort.

This ice pack fits very comfortably around my knee, and it really does the job. Couldn’t be more pleased! I can even walk around with it on if I need to.

My mom had a knee replacement a couple months ago and her physical therapist told her to try these. They work great. She is having another knee replacement on the other knee and so we ordered her more to have while the other ones are refreezing.

I got this for use after knee surgery. I like the straps and the plush lining that I can put against my skin. It retains its cold temperature very well. But there are two issues that make it hard to use. First, it’s too stiff and hard to wrap comfortably around a sore post-surgical knee. I have to let it sit for a while to soften up. Second, the Velcro on the straps is too strong. It sticks to itself and my clothes and the plush side of the pad and it’s hard to pull it apart I’m keeping it but I won’t get this product again.

This is great quality. And it’s pretty wide. It covers all of my calf area, which is what I needed. Very happy for the price.
