I was skeptical about this, but hey, this stuff is the real deal. It's a little bit pricey, but it's good. If you have problems going to the bathroom and going regularly, this stuff will help. I used to struggle with bloating, and not after this. This has really helped me out. I have no problem with upset stomach or anything; really great stuff. I believe it's helped my digestion, especially. I take semaglutide, and that stuff constipates you, but I drink plenty of water and I take this every morning, and I've had no problem with constipation.

Excellent product. From the packaging which is a very nice green glass jar, to the instructions which are clear and easy to follow. I had very little stomach upset. I had some bubbling stomach for one day and that went away. I have experienced less bloating with Seed. I feel like my stomach feels great. Seed helps with digestion and gut biome. Really saves money if you get the subscription. I take mine in the morning. It takes about a week or two to start really noticing the difference. But I do really stand behind Seed and I genuinely believe that it works. I keep mine in the fridge to help the probiotics stay alive longer.I use Seed every single day and I love it.

Such a great product- it took about a week or two to really start to notice a difference. My skin alone has completely changed. I’ve been prone to adult acne and this completely clears it up. I have random break outs every once in a while- maybe once every 6 months and super minimal. Maybe last 1 or two days and it’s done. Super happy

Seed DS‑01 is one of the most thoughtfully made probiotics I’ve tried—the packaging is eco‑friendly, and the formula has an impressive mix of 24 strains plus a prebiotic. Within a week, my digestion felt more regular and my stomach felt less bloated.That said, I did experience some nausea, digestive discomfort, and even a bit of tooth sensitivity in the first couple of weeks, especially when I jumped to the full dose too quickly. Taking it with water and waiting to eat helped, and the side effects slowly improved over time.Overall, it feels like a high‑quality gut health investment, but I’d suggest starting with one capsule a day to let your body adjust—it’s worth it if you can stick through the transition phase.

I bought these as a pre/probiotic. I love them! They are so simple to take. I am no longer bloated all the time and feel great overall.

I have tried this in the past and I didn’t have good luck with it because I was not taking it on an empty stomach. It must be taken on an empty stomach and now I am having beautiful results. Thank you.

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

This is the best probiotic I ever had. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for
