this toothpaste is pronamel by sensodyne. it helps protect and repair your enamel when used regulary. it comes in a handy tube to squeeze out. it has a pleasant taste. not bad value for money. sensodyne and oral b would be the brands dentists would recommend you use. all in all a good toothpaste to use on your teeth.
