Only the motor was good. The battery had leaked. All the other items were of bad quality.

Bad product for kids..keep a multimeter to check the connection
The wires and connections may look easy. Do not connect with crocodile pins. The connections may not work. Should have used better methods with screws or the wires should have been soldered on the switches etc
