Fantastic PC for everyday use and video editing
I use this PC mostly for video editing and everyday tasks.Bear in mind it's not a gaming pc but it can run smoothly some basic games.Small and practical and very fast to load the OS system.

Great Value & Powerful Mini PC
Incredible Mini PC for a very reasonable price compared to an equivalent desktop tower. It comes with Windows 11 Pro out of the box. The speed of the system is very snappy and it tackles more demanding programmes like video editing and photo editing easily and has a trial of Microsoft 365. When it comes to gaming it can't really handle AAA titles albeit at very low settings but older games can run easily on medium/high with good framerates. I ran old titles like Battlefield 2, the original Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim all at the highest settings with no issues. If you want a powerful Mini PC for everyday tasks and some demanding programmes at a reasonable price, that also saves space and is energy efficient, I think this should be good enough for most people's needs in comparison to the more expensive systems.

1st was Faulty but second was perfect
TRIGKEY AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 5850U Mini PC1st PC arrived in a cardboard box with no packing but appeared undamaged. However when connecting up - using the same cables as the mini PC it is replacing- the display flashed badly, displayed plain noise and the unit was unusable. Checked all connections and the fault was definitely inside the Trigkey. Return initiatedUPDATE - Replacement worked perfectly, took some time to update as expected but no issues or bloatware, Happy.AM giving this unit a second chance as the fault may be a 1 off - so oreder a replcement, will update.

So impressed with this little bit of kit.
Worked out of the box, its running twin monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse with a bunch of peripherals via a USB multiport. So much faster than my 5 year old dell laptop that cost me 5k.

Small but mighty!!
Very very very compact BUT the power in this little PC is insane. Whether you want to use it for multi-tasking e.g projects your working or if you want to use it for streaming/ gaming this thing can handle it all. This is the first budget friendly PC that I’ve bought that can run games like fortnite at 4k but mind you it is at 30fps. If you want higher frames drop the resolution to about 2k and you’ll get a solid 60fps but this could be higher(my monitor only supports 60hz). Point is this thing has restored my faith in PCs and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything because it can handle it. Also, it’s tiny like really tiny so it could fit in the palm of your hand. Finding space for it won’t be a problem at all. Lastly, for the most part it is quiet but when it is doing more demanding tasks it can get a little noisy but for what you’re getting it’s not the end of the world.

(UPDATE) Seriously impressive PC let down by poor EMF shielding
[UPDATE] I bought a second one of these for my upstairs office, and found that although the WiFi speed was fine downstairs (200mbit/s), the WiFi speed was abysmal when either machine was brought upstairs (2mbit/s). With a lot of troubleshooting I figured out it's related to poor EMI shielding - if a faraday cage is placed around the RAM and SSD the speed jumps up to about 40mbit/s when upstairs, and when the antennas are placed far away from the PC entirely it increases to 200mbit/s. There's no foil or shielding anywhere in these systems so it appears to just be poor design. I'm not going to return mine as I really like them, so I'm instead just going to connect them up via ethernet.[ORIGINAL REVIEW] I've bought used Dell gear my whole life but thought I'd take a chance on this because it was a great price for a Ryzen 5700U based system.I am seriously impressed with this. I've done a full teardown on it (see photos) and I'm really surprised with the level of attention to detail. Firstly, as with most little-known brands I was expecting generic RAM, generic NVMe SSD etc. Nope, comes with Crucial RAM and a Crucial P3 Plus SSD. The WiFi card is an Intel AX200 in m.2 format, which sits underneath the SSD. Windows 11 is pre-installed and ready to go, though the unit I received was still on version 21H2 - so if you're able it might be worth doing a clean install of 22H2 to avoid updates. The mainboard is a custom design and it is not clear who the OEM is, but looks well designed with ample VRMs.The cooling is very quiet in day-to-day use though I haven't tested it in gaming yet. It consists of a copper heatsink that covers both the CPU and the VRMs, onto which a large blower fan is mounted. A second system fan is present on a module under the bottom cover alongside the empty 2.5" SSD bay, and there is also a thermal pad on the NVMe SSD that transfers heat to a small heatsink built within this cover. My only complaint is that the thermal paste was a little dry, but it's not really any worse than any other pre-built system I've torn down.So far I've used it with a USB-C 1920x1280 60Hz monitor and it works perfectly, appearing to be compatible with both Thunderbolt and USB-PD. I'm looking to upgrade to a 120Hz monitor soon so fingers crossed the bandwidth is ample. In all - this is a great value box - you would think it was far more expensive than it was if you didn't know any better. Highly recommended.
