I have been drinking this since late 2022, but the brand was purchased and the ingredients were changed. The previous containers contained 30 servings worth just like the current, but were 7.4oz bottles instead of the current 5.3oz bottles. The old recipe had a stronger lemon/lime flavor, more vibrant color as well as stronger fragrance. The new recipe has a more chemical-y taste (and a slight aftertaste) and is much paler in color. The new recipe is also much finer powder than the old recipe.I don't really like the new flavor and won't be buying this again.

This was my go-to drink when exercising and it helped very much with leg cramps I was experiencing. The flavor was a bit strong at first but adjusting the amount of powder fixed that and it was very refreshing! Now it's just a mouthful of artificial sweetener and very little lemon flavor and it has a rotten aftertaste! I saw the new owners claim that the formulas are the same, but clearly this one has changed and for the worse! I really look forward to drinking this after a run or workout. It is delicious, refreshing and replenishes some of what I lost while working up a good sweat. I like that it is calorie free so I’m not undoing all my hard work. It is sweetened with stevia which is my preference for a more natural sweetener. The flavor is great, tart and not overly sweet. It dissolves well.

Al already enjoying the fruit punch flavor so was keen to try the lemonade flavor and it’s pleasantly refreshing. Good strong flavor so you really don’t feel like you’re drinking a hydration drink. It’s subtly sweet which is amazing considering it’s sugar free and it’s a great way to ensure I’m staying hydrated as I struggle to drink enough water throughout the day. Dissolves quickly and easily and it also has doses of daily vitamins so it’s a win win for me.

This hydration mix was a great way for me to increase my water intake. I am not a fan of drinking regular water and need a boost and this hydration mix was perfect! A little goes a long ways and it makes drinking water sooo much easier and tastier!
