JSHealthVitamins Advanced Magnesium Supplements with Magnesium Glycinate & Citrate for Muscle Relaxation (60 Tablets)

First time taking a magnesium supplement. I wanted something that would help with soreness mostly in my legs. I don’t know if it’s helped with my sleep but I can tell I’m less sore. Started this particular brand based on an influencers recommendation. My husband also takes it and we like it. He takes the recommended dose daily and I take half the dosage (1 pill) daily.

I absolutely loved these pills. I take 2 any where from 1-2 hours before bed & I immediately fall right to sleep once I close my eyes. I have an amazing night sleep & dream all night long. One of the best magnesium supplements I have found. I have tried a lot of different brands and mixtures of magnesium. This one helps me relax at night and helps with restless legs.

I have not used the product long enough to give an accurate review. However my daughter uses this brand and has worked miracles for her hormones

I was excited about this product. I have taken other magnesiums for a long time. I like that this combines 3 varieties. However, as soon as I started taking it, I started having heart palpitations. It took me two weeks and a couple of Dr visits with several tests to narrow down that this supplement was causing my issues. I am extremely healthy, and have never had an issue of this kind. I’m glad this works for many people , but just wanted to let folks know that this is a potential side effect.
