I was hooking up my two monitors to my new ASUS PC build and couldn't believe my video card had one HDMI and 4 Display ports. Waded through a lot of crappy looking Display Port to HDMI adapters and found this reasonably priced gem. You get what you see and the quality is even better than expected. I just plugged in the Display Port to HDMI adapter into the video card and the HDMI cord into the adapter and voila, it works. The adapter fits snugly in the video card and the HDMI cord fits snugly in the adapter. This Display Port to HDMI adapter does its job of getting video/pictures from the PC to the monitors. Would definitely purchase this again.

Bought a 2-pack of these. I only had a single monitor and HDMI connectivity through a 4-port switching unit. The systems I had to perform work on only had display port adapters. These tiny, inexpensive units, did a great job converting from display port to HDMI, no issues whatsoever encountered. They're small, plug right in, look good - not some bizarre color, and appear to be quality builds. I'd recommend them if you've gotta switch from display port to HDMI - direct to monitor or via an HDMI switching.

The adapter works as I hoped - new computer has no HDMI port, so this fills the bill. My only complaint is that it is not a solid connection. If you happen to move the computer, it loses connection until you reseat it. The adapter itself connects well to the display port. It is the HDMI side that is not a solid as I would like.

Recently started a new job and they sent me HDMI cables for my two monitors instead of display port. Yes, I could have gotten them to send the correct ones but knew Amazon would most likely be faster. This was very inexpensive and paid for same day delivery. Problem solved and they work exactly as they should. Thank you.

Cheap. Cheap cheap cheap.I got these two months ago. Needed them to view a terminal out. So i pull one and use it and good to go. Save them for other use later. Well this week another use came up and i realize they really suck. 4K nope. The device i am attached displayport out can output up to 1440p 60hz and these will not match. I am also running linux. When i remove the adapter and run direct DP to the same monitor as a test, i get full resolution!Oh and since it was a two pack, that second one i pulled out, busted, its already falling apart, never been used and its case is spliced open like a peanut shell.1080p fine, but 4k doesnt seem to work in Ubuntu or Mint. Your mileage may vary, just ordered another one from a competitor to see if that resolves my issues here.
