Absolutely amazing! They come with a textile bag for storage, very convinient. These were very effective for me and are worth every penny. I had a completely numb index finger on my left hand and carpal tunnel and tennis elbow on my right hand. The finger strengtheners work fine but the rings are the absolute star here. Starting from the lowest resistance and slowly increasing it has built back up my arms grip and strength. I like the size and that there are two levels on each ring, just rotate it between the textured (lower resistance) and smooth (higher resistance) side. Now I can hold and lift things a lot easier and without the pain. Just about to move to the black ring level, but it is still too hard. If you have such problems, definitely give these a go. FYI just my opinion, not a sponsored or paid review.

Great item itself - can't comment on it's longevity. Though the storage bag provided is pretty basic and flimsy. Feels it could easily rip.Great and easy to use otherwise!

These have really helped with my hand strenght and mobilty, and they are also good stress relief - really worth it for the money with the varity of items you get and a little bag to put them in.

I'm reasonably strong as I train in calisthenics and hace a physical job , however the fingers and wrists are often an oversight in training. Good mobility is essential to prevent injuries, especially in floor work and handstand training. I've used other brands before but they tend to be too light for my needs. These provide resistance from 20-70lbs for the flexion rings and between 7-10lbs for finger extensions. Bear in mind the finger bands can be moved toward or away from the wrist to alter the amount of leverage, making it easier or harder.The rings can also be used with less fingers too, so we effectively have equipment that's going to keep challenging us for years to come.If you don't train at all, I'd recommend starting with a lighter variety first before moving onto these. Overall a great product at a great price.
