This is hands down the worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon in 10 years. The entire point of a WiFi UPS is to provide uninterrupted power to the router this thing fails completely at that. Not only does it NOT provide backup during power cuts, but the most infuriating part is that once the power comes back, my router doesn’t even turn on! I have to manually restart it every time. What’s the point of a UPS that kills your network instead of saving it?Even during “normal” operation, I’ve started noticing serious ping spikes and instability. I triple-checked all the specs voltage, amperage, compatibility before buying, so this is 100% a product quality issue, not user error. It’s nothing short of a scam.If you care about your internet connectivity even a little, stay far away from this garbage. It doesn’t just fail it actively makes things worse. Throwing it in the garbage and never trusting this brand again.

It a good power bank for modems/routers within this prise range. Happy with its performance.Though mentioned by the company not compatible for Air fiber devices but (as my air fiber device) if it is getting powered through an power adapter of 12V and upto 3Amp output then go for it.

Longer battery compared to some mostlybsold items.

The product is good. It is working as mentioned and designed. However, I haven't been able to check how many hours exactly it gives back up. Also the initial piece that was sent turned to be defective- was not switching to battery mode after the power went off. When contacted, their customer care was supportive and were quick to respond and get it replaced. They also promised to provide an extended warranty of 100 days in top of 365 days from the date of purchase. Thanks IQMatic.
