I have heard of the benefits of MK4, and I wanted to give it a try. These capsules don't have any calcium, but they also come with a decent dose of vitamin D.The packaging is okay - there were safety seals around the cap, and on the lid of the bottle. The yellowish small capsules were clean and undamaged. The bottle I received has about 1 year until the expiration date.I've only been taking these for a few days (60 doses - 1 per capsule) and I have not noticed any negative impacts including no stomach upset - these were easy to swallow and used.The only thing I took a star off for is this seems more expensive that other options on the market. I think this is a decent choice - but I took off a star for the price.

This cleanse is not at all unpleasant and it works. I felt no cramping or even an abdominal sensation except for normal pleasant sensation of regularity. I just felt it was time to go and everything was comfortable and the pleasant regularity continued for days. Each person may find their own or follow the recommended period to take this Cleanse. For me, it only took 3 days for me to feel entirely clear. The ingredients are for me, very gentle and pleasing. I know Senna, which I presume is the most active ingredient can give some people and their systems a kick, for me, in this form and in this Cleanse complex it worked gently and effectively. Taking this every month or two for a few days at a time or as needed seems to be the strategy that will work best for me. This is a nice remedy to have in the medicine cabinet when needed. Good product. Happy to have this COHALA WELLNESS for my gut health and more. It works for me.

Most K2 supplements come in the form of MK-7, which requires a much smaller dose, and for the most part is supposed to be better for you. A typical dose of MK-7 would be 100 to 300 mcg, as opposed to this MK-4, which is something like 22000 μg, I believe, but that is what is required when you'r taking this form of it. I would not recommend going to the trouble of getting this form, especially when it's so pricey, but if you want to, you could have it on hand and just take it as an occasional alternative to an MK-7, because apparently there are certain benefits to the MK-4 that you don't get with MK-7, even though overall, the MK-7 is supposed to be far more beneficial. Unless you have very specific needs related to MK-4, I would not recommend getting this, and just stay with a good quality MK-7 supplement.

Rip off alert ‼️Tiny tiny bottle when they show it’s a big bottle. The pillows are tiny and not even the amount that you should be taking a vitamin D3 in a day.

This would, in theory work well with other supplements. Whereas calcium can block certain vitamins from being absorbed and typically has to be taken with a separate meal for best absorption.This might also be a preferred supplement for vegetarians, given the labelling. (Most calcium supplements have animal sources such as shellfish.)I like that it's USA sourced.At $66 USD these are quite expensive for this type of supplement, and they didn't make a case for what justifies the price. So I'll dock a star for the cost.

If you are looking for a MK-4 vitamin K7 form as opposed to a MK-7 form, this supplement may be a good choice. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and I noticed no adverse effect. Many believe MK-7 is the superior form for bone health as it stays in the body quite a bit longer than MK-4. It would be good if both forms were included in this formula because we benefit from having both forms. MK-4 is great for reducing inflammation and it crosses the blood brain barrier (unlike MK-7), so it is possible it may help with brain inflammation issues. This is a substantial dose of MK-4 that may have medical applications but it also comes with a rather high price point.

As I age I look for products like this. The vitamin content is a plus, they are easy to take and swallow. The price point does seem high however but they feel like a quality product.

This Vitamin D & K Complex supplement has a good dose of Vitamin K. The price is pretty expensive but it seems good quality. The serving size is only one a day and a bottle lasts for 2 months.
