I been using for 3 days so far & has stop the itch on its way to a cure. But, a warning there is an active or inactive ingredient that stings momentarily like applying a mild form Vicks Vapor Rub on your crotch! But on your joints a cooling effect for pain.The active ingredient is Miconazole & is an effective antifungal, Jock itch, foot fungus & even the active med for vaginally yeast infections as Monastat but this will give a burning sensation for sensitive skin. Minconazole is a wonderful multiuse drug! LolInteresting note, that I usually ignore the inactive ingredients?But there are 9 unrecognizable names, I researched this and found that all 9 "inactive ingredients" are Chinese medicine herbal plants used for antifungal, antibiotic, anti-tch, anti-inflamation, analgesic for joint pain, and other recent studies in hair growth, anti cancer effects? Just some warnings about internal ingestion effects on the liver & kidneys in high doses of the 9 herbal medicinal plants. So, definitely have this in your medicine cabinet or when you travel as an all around go to salve.

I bought this as a bundle: the Hermon Antifungal Soap and the Hermon Jock Itch Antifungal Cream. So I'm doing one review and posting it for both products.The soap works exactly as described. I used it to treat a mild case of jock itch. I’m a 36-year-old male who recently started going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I also live in the tropics, which I suspect contributed to the issue. I was genuinely surprised that most of the symptoms cleared up by day five after using the soap twice a day. It’s worth noting that I used it along with the cream.What I like about the soap is that it’s medicated with 1% Tolnaftate and not just tea tree oil and other natural ingredients. It comes with two individually wrapped bars and two mesh pouches. The mesh pouches create a lot of foamy lather that helps cover the skin well. My first bar lasted around 12 days with full-body showers twice daily. I plan to use the second bar the same way since it’s recommended to continue treatment for up to three weeks. The soap has a pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering and it doesn’t dry out my skin.As for the cream, I’ve been applying it to my groin after showering with the soap, twice daily. Like I mentioned, my symptoms cleared up by day five. The cream contains 2% miconazole and has a strong smell. It also causes a bit of a tingle for about 10-20 seconds after application. That small 3.4 fl oz jar goes a long way. I’m now on day 13 of using it and it’s still about 85% full. I think it’s great value for money, especially compared to other creams like Lamisil.I highly recommend using both products together.It’s still early to know whether the results will last after I finish the full three-week treatment, but I understand that long-term effectiveness also depends on my habits. Things like showering right after workouts and keeping the area cool and dry are important. I also started using Arm and Hammer’s Sport body powder to help keep my groin dry, since moisture makes it easier for jock itch to return.

6 months I suffered through an intense rash! First, I tried OTC creams -- Minimal help.I went to my DR who prescribed creams. I did those prescription creams for 60 days -- Nothing. No relief. Then he prescribed a pill -- nothing.Finally, after doing some more research, I found this product and it is the game changer.The sensation when applied is something of a cool burn but it started working immediately. One week in and there was a tremendous different in color and best of all, the itch had vanished.Now three weeks in and there is minimal discoloration there and I'm down to using just once daily, but this will be my go to from now on.

After reading the reviews, I had a couple theories. First, the product will get the job done. Check, it does. Second theory, the product burns depending on the severity of the condition. Double check! When first used, it will burn. Use a very very little. Like barely noticeable on your finger little. Next time, use a little more. After a few days, the condition should be all healed. Burning will be almost none existent.

I take care of somebody that is in an assisted living and the nurse is there use it on them and it works very well. It’s not very cheap but we’re really matters. It was what works on you.
