Worth every penny
Absolutely worth every penny. I hesitated due to the price but after reading the reviews decided to purchase it. I had damaged two studs trying to knock off a rusty rotor on my Subaru Forester. This tool made it super easy to install new studs. You don't need any special power tools, I simply used a long breaker bar and they slid right in. Well made and well designed.

Another great, simple tool from Lisle.
This made installing wheel studs a breeze. Another great tool with simple design from LIsle. Ease of use:put the stud in the hole on the wheel hub assembly, put the Lisle tool bearing side against the hub, then use a lug nut to pull the stud through the hole with a ratchet. Super easy.

Wheel stud installer that actually works
Purchased on Amazon to save money from buying off the tool trucks. This tool has been great at installing reg size studs for various makes and models . The bearing still holds up very well and I couldn’t recommend it more ! It’s a must have for any mechanic!

Don't use on a brand new hub
I stripped two lug nuts and two brand new studs into a brand new hub. I used an impact wrench., first time on low then high power. The lug nuts did not bottom out nor did I over torque them. Twice because I thought I had done something wrong the first time but no.Tool probably works fine on old studs because the hole is already slightly bigger.Instead use a press to put them in.

Does what it’s sold for
Used to install 40 new studs on a Semi. Never failed. Use common sense and keep the bearing greased. Also used a small outer diameter washer between the nut and tool to make sure the flange of the nut didn’t contact the stationary part of the tool against the hub.

Makes easy work of installing wheel studs.
This is just a tad too fat for Subaru studs, but it can still be used. I use washers and an open nut to get the stud started, then use the Lisle stud installer for the rest of the job.
