My favorite! Here’s the thing: I know moringa is supposed to give you energy. I think, overall, it does that. But for some reason, it makes me sleepy. Like…really sleepy. I have had trouble sleeping for some time, so it occurred to me that maybe this is filling some nutritional gap that was the root cause of my sleep issues. Whatever it is, I can’t live without this now. I tried several brands. The gummies weren’t effective (made me wonder if they were just green sugar), and another brand had capsules so big I choked on them and dreaded taking them. These capsules are smaller and easy to swallow. The added super greens are a bonus, and I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take them. I don’t sleeps well and I’m a zombie the next day. Don’t stop making these!! :-D

I added this supplement to my vitamin regiment about 2 months ago and while it's gentle, I definitely notice in my energy levels when I miss taking it! Some supplements are a little harsh in my stomach when the capsule dissolves (read: I can feel the powdery feeling hitting my stomach). I've had NO stomach issues whatsoever with this!

I take mornings to help clear through brain fog in the morning without loading up on tons of coffee. The placed my original supplement. I will continue to take it!
