Value for money fitness accessory
This is easy to use, has a lot of functions such as user memories, USB charging etc. Good tool to check grip strength and is easy to set up and use. All good!

Grip Strength measurement
Apparently grip strength is a measure of health/longevity. This is okay. It can adjust to different hand sizes but it's a bit of a one hit wonder and having used it a few times I've not bothered since. Save your money and get the exercise grip strengtheners instead.

It is adjustable for large and small hands and has quite a lot of memory features.
It is easily adjustable for large and small hands and has quite a lot of memory features for yourself and other users. So much so you will need to spend time reading the instructions. I haven't bothered. I just press the ON button and then the START button. I was expectiong the handle to move but there is no reason why it should. I bought it having seen the late Dr Michael Moseley suggesting grip strenth is an indicator of health. The device comes with a table of expected results for men and women of various ages to compare yourself against.

Ridiculous instruction booklet
Incomprehensible instructions! Don’t waste your time trying to work them out. YouTube has helpful videos
