I’m a big fan of the Bebird products over the other brands here. I’ve tried so many of these, including another one of this exact model. In every instance, except one, Bebird comes out on top. I had to return this model one time because there were issues with staying connected and powered on. However, after waiting some time and watching reviews it seems this has been resolved because I have it now and it’s functional and back to what I expect from the Bebird factory. The image is always stellar, easily cleared with an alcohol wipe when things get grimy. Unlike some models, it can operate on the charger, so if there’s times when you forgot to charge it, you can still get the job done. I have not had an issue with the battery life. However, it is shorter than some of their previous versions. I do prefer the models with the ear tips that are secured with a screw on device rather than the tip being screwed on, but that’s because I’m not a conventional user and like that extra tight connection.Bebird interface has gotten easier at connecting with this device and I like that it doesn’t make you hop out to the settings now. However, I miss some of the really old features: rotate, reduce lighting, etc. I’m also a big fan of zoom functionality. The tweezer feature should be functional for grasping fine hairs too, there’s a great future for fine camera technology like this. Pore care is nice too. The price of this and other devices from Bebird are reasonable enough and they last so they are worth the cost.

I don't give 5 stars for almost anything, but I cannot think of anything I would add to this product. I am a sound engineer by trade, and suddenly after a recent trip to the woods, I noticed that I had a loud scratchy and cracking sound in my ears, almost like swimmers ear, but nothing seemed to do the trick to get the sound to go away. So I did what I couldn't believed and purchsed this set. The unit, is easy to pair to your smartphone, and after I got frusterated trying to see my phone screen and work the tool, and getting frusterated, I paired it to my TV, problem solved. Gross... but problem solved. I'm a fanatic about my ears, they are my money makers, so this was a big step... sticking somehting into my own ear, but I trust myself, so here we go. The unit is smooth and small, easy to clean, and has a usb C port to charge. Multiple tools make it easy to use, ended up I had a bit of was in one ear that was causing the issue, and a stray super thin hair from my last haircut that ended up causing the loud noise. Crazy, but true. I would recommend this to anyone, its good value for the money and helped me self diagnose and saved me money. Thank you to the creators, you made a solid product!

I'm very pleased with this ear wax removal camera. The picture is super clear. Take a look at my before and after pic. I bought the same type of tool 10 years ago. The camera on this one is infi Italy better. There are six tips with 3 different shapes. 2 of each. There are replacement tips. Thay are easy to swap out. And very comfortable to use. As you can see from the pic you can get your ear really clean. This really is a marvelous product. The app allows you to take photos and videos of the inside of the ear. Both photos were taken using the app. There's a button on the pen you can press to take the pic. Soooo easy! I have an android phone and the app was on Google play and was super easy and intuitive. The image quality is soooo good that you cpukd provide these pictures to a telehealth doctor so they cpuld diagnos a possible ear infection etc. I highly, highly, highly recommend!

This product is incredible. I had gradually lost hearing from 50% to 100% over the course of 7-8 days. I am getting ready to go on vacation in about a week so I went to Urgent Care to have them clean out my ears since I suspected wax.I spent two hours there with multiple flushings and medication to disolve and they didn't make a dent in it. They told me to buy a bottle of Debrox and use it twice daily for a week and come back because I won't be able to get into an ENT for a few weeks.I bought this the next day and waited for Amazon to ship in 2 days. I continued the Debrox and really no relief.This came last night (Sunday) and within 3 minutes of turning it on, I was able to use the tong grabbers to pull out the entire wax ball. Instant relief and i was hearing in surround sound.The Urgent Care visit cost me two hours and $50. This product is priceless!
