Good tools to improve finger pinch strength
This set of FitBeast Finger Pinch Exercisers is a nice addition to my physical therapy gear. I've been mildly surprised to see an older person when I look in a mirror, and greatly surprised by how weak my muscles have become in the few years since I retired. I have squeezable ovoid balls to improve my grip, but these clothes-pin looking devices work specifically on finger pinch combinations. The pins seem sturdy enough, but the plastic finger pads are kind of slippery. They should be textured or need a nonslip coating. I've used medical adhesive tape (see the photo) but I am looking for thin cork or vinyl drawer cushions to replace the tape. Not a hard problem to solve.

Needed for "maintenance"
Highly recommend! I didnt realize how weak my hand strength/grip had become until I started using FitBeast Finger Exerciser Set. It has helped with my hand and wrist strength which in turn has helped my forearm and elbows to hurt less. Like that i comes with blocks to help practice using the exercisers.

Grip Builder
These are harder to use than they look. They look just like paper clips but they take much more force to open them. The instructions are easy to follow and the different colors denote the different strengths. The little blocks add a nice game aspect to them as it is a challenge to stack them like the picture shows. Overall, these are really well made and great for helping build hand strength.

Great little kit
These rock. Having 5 clips and the wooden pieces to practice with are a great way to build strength and dexterity. The least strong clip is pretty easy, and the strongest is plenty strong, so there is a very useful range of exercises and you won't run out of challenge anytime soon.Coming in a pouch is a nice touch too, so you can take them anywhere. They have made a noticeable improvement in grip strength already!

Work great!
These are really handy for working your fingers and hands and rebuilding strength after a medical emergency that causes you to lose movement. The clips are in various degrees of resistance so that you can build up your strength in a slow but constructive way. They work great for what they are intended for. The material that they are made from seems to be very sturdy and they should hold up well over time. For the money, I think it's a great deal

Inexpensive and simple way to improve grip strength and eye-hand coordination.
These Finger Clip are an easy way to develop more strength and hand-eye coordination with ALL fingers. The 5 colored clips go from relatively easy (low resistance) to very difficult (high resistance). I am starting with the easiest clip and am just working to build up the strength of pinky & ring fingers to match index and middle fingers to begin with. Once accomplished, I will move on to the next clip. I am fairly confident that I will obtain my goals in short order. The clips are large and easy to grip with thumb and finger, and although they are smooth plastic (good quality) I had only a little trouble with them slipping out of my grip. If necessary a small piece of non-stick material (rubber, silicone, etc) can always be tapped or glued to the surface to prevent slippage.I played around with moving the wooden blocks a bit, and will probably do more of that as my fingers strengthen. It will be good for coordination and agility. The clips don't take up much space, so are easy to store, whether in a drawer, closet, cabinet or on a shelf. They are light weight so, between size and weight, they will be easy to travel with, be it from home to work or east coast to west coast. It's also something that can be done without much thought, so good for TV, phone calls, etc.
