This product is a good option for zoom meetings . Light weight and handy . Not for gaming, mic is good compatible for everyday use. Fits properly, and voice is in the call is enough as required.Packaging was poor ...I received the box in a bad condition though the product was fine . Packaging is a point amazon should work with....

The speaker is an average okay-ish one, which we can expect from a low cost headset. I am using it to attend meetings and to watch regular Youtube videos. I am not using it to listen music. So the the headset is fine for me in that sense. But it's mic quality is not good. Especially, if you have a bass voice. It's not clear and records a lot of clicking noises. I am using it with a Mac system. I checked the possible issues of the computer audio, and I can confirm that it is the problem with the headphone, not the computer. Because I have another professional grade high end headset too.I bought this mainly for the mic, and it's not suitable for me. Consider your major use, before purchasing it.
