This is a great products and a great way to take supplements. I personally take the capsules but I purchase this for my mother because it's easier for her to take. I am a big advocate for turmeric and have found that this product line is far superior than the others. Although turmeric works the same not all turmeric is the same quality. I strongly endorse this product and product line. Give your tumeric a solid 30 days of evaluation before you decide if it's working for you or not. Most people don't realize turmeric needs to build up in your system before you get the maximum benefit.

I thought coming from Qunal the product would include black pepper which known to help with absorption. All the other formulations I've had have a combination of turmeric and black pepper, but this one does not. I don't understand why Qunal didn't include that.
