Wi-Fi sucks
I love my computer but the Wi-Fi died almost immediately. As this is preloaded with windows, which requires a password to register and to log in, and that for some reason requires an internet connection, I was screwed until I was able to purchase a USB drive Wi-Fi receiver. This is a pretty big oops on Asus part, so I hope they fix this known issue. Otherwise it’s fine.

Great product. The only negative thing is the short battery life. Other than that I like what I got.

Does not work!
The package arrived and the ends of the box was squished. I fully charged the computer but it wouldn’t turn on. When it finally turned on a message came up on the screen that it stating that the drive was compromised. The screen had fingerprint when I initially open it. The SD card holder was broken and the Card missing, the white charger was dirty like it had been used before. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased this computer for school and now I am out of luck because schools starts tomorrow and I have no computer

Not Disappointed
My six year old computer died all of a sudden making a horrible noise and no screen. I was stuck without any means to get my work done. I needed a new reliable computer, but I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. I ordered this ASUS computer a few days ago. I could not believe how easy it was to set up and how fast it runs. Yes, I’ve only had this a few days, but I highly recommend it for someone that just uses a computer daily to do certain tasks. I do not use it for watching movies or playing games.
