DJI Osmo Mobile 7P
The DJI Osmo Mobile 7P is easily one of the best smartphone gimbals I’ve ever used, and it has completely transformed the way I shoot videos with my phone. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a premium product. The build quality is excellent—solid, compact, and thoughtfully designed for portability. It folds down nicely, making it perfect to carry in a small bag or even a large pocket when traveling or shooting on the go.Setup was incredibly simple. Within minutes, I had my phone mounted and was navigating the intuitive controls with ease. The stabilization performance is top-notch—smooth, fluid, and incredibly responsive. Walking shots, panning, and even fast movements look professional and steady, with none of the jitter or shake I’ve experienced with cheaper gimbals. The ActiveTrack 7.0 technology works like a dream, locking onto subjects and tracking them accurately, even when they're moving quickly or partially obscured. One of the standout features is the built-in extension rod, which adds a lot of flexibility to how and where you shoot. Whether you're capturing low-angle action shots, overhead views, or filming yourself at arm’s length for vlogs, this extra reach makes a huge difference. The included tripod base is a great bonus too—very stable and useful for stationary filming or time-lapse shots.Battery life is impressive—I’ve gotten close to 10 hours on a full charge, and it even has the ability to charge your phone in a pinch, which is incredibly useful during long shoots. The multi-function button layout is intuitive and lets you switch between modes, zoom, and recenter quickly without diving into menus. The included software adds another layer of creativity, with features like gesture control, panorama, hyperlapse, and story templates that make content creation fun and easy.Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your mobile videos or a more advanced creator seeking a reliable and versatile gimbal, the Osmo Mobile 7P delivers across the board. It’s packed with smart features, offers excellent stabilization, and feels like a true companion for any content creator. I can confidently say this is one of the best investments I’ve made for mobile filming—an absolute must-have for anyone serious about video.

A Must-Have for Swim Parents and Content Creators!
I absolutely LOVE this gimbal! I use it at every swim meet for my daughter, who is a competitive swimmer, and it’s now a key part of my vlogging and content creation setup. The stabilization is fantastic ,even when I’m walking around the pool, the footage stays incredibly smooth. One of my favorite features is how quickly and easily it connects via Bluetooth, no hassle at all. It pairs instantly with both iPhone and Android, which makes it super versatile and convenient. It’s also really simple to use, even if you're not tech-savvy. The native tracking, one-tap editing, and built-in extension rod/tripod make capturing every highlight effortless. Plus, it can charge your phone while filming and the battery lasts for hours!I always get asked where I bought it, and now other parents want one too. If you're recording swim meets, sports, or vlogs, this is a game changer. Highly recommended!

Compact and Usable Phone Gimbal
Between it being a compact tripod and a gimbal, it does the job.My only irques are tracking is a little delayed following you, vertical controls are limited, and weight balance seems to be off with the attachment resulting in an unstable setup when tripod mode with the short legs. Any wind and it's tipping over.I tried doing a walk through of an apple orchard and with the nub/stick to control the angle, the phone would easily be rotated down towards the grass, but barely let me control it to go above horizontal if I wanted to capture more of the sky. That said the vertical controls were when the phone was landscape and not portrait. There didn't seem to be any physical limitation to the phone rotating to capture more of the sky. I could physically change the angle but the motors would slowly drop the phones angle to horizontal.Still giving it a 5/5, my 'irques' are perhaps limitations of the gimbal being so compact. Would recommend and even buy again.

Solid First Gimbal — Compact, Powerful, and Almost Perfect
This is my first gimbal, and I have to say — I’m impressed. The DJI Osmo Mobile 7P is a solid product with excellent build quality. It feels great in the hand, well-balanced, and premium. I’ve used it a few times for family events, and I’ll be taking it on a trip soon where I expect to use it even more. What I Love:• Stabilization is fantastic. If your phone already has good image stabilization, this takes it to the next level.• Compact and portable. It folds down easily — small enough to fit into a small bag, a cargo pocket, or even your back jeans pocket (without the phone attached).• Great for vlogging or travel. The built-in light works really well for low-light or nighttime shooting.• Tracking is top-tier. Whether you use the DJI Mimo app or your phone’s native camera app, the tracking keeps up impressively — on par with my DJI drone’s tracking.• The app is helpful. DJI Mimo includes solid tutorials and walkthroughs for learning how to use the gimbal, which is great if you’re new to this tech.A Few Drawbacks:• “SpinShot” mode doesn’t do a full 360. It stops just short (~270°), which feels a little limiting.• Shutdown/Collapse is a bit tricky. If you don’t position it exactly right, it may turn itself back on — not a big deal, but there’s a small learning curve.• Selfie stick height is just okay. Great when holding it, but when placed on the ground, the angle is a little too low for my taste. A few extra inches would’ve gone a long way, even if it made the device slightly bulkier. It would also be nice if they sold a compatible iPhone case to pair with the clamp, but that’s a wishlist item more than a knock against the product.⸻Final Verdict: 4.5 out of 5You can’t leave half stars here, so I’m rounding up. This gimbal has elevated my mobile video game — and for fellow gadget lovers or aspiring content creators, it’s absolutely worth it.
