This supplement is designed as an all-in-one formula to support mood balance, relaxation, and cognitive function. This product manages to combine a major number of them into 1 capsule. The only ingredient that is lacking is magnesium glycinate; I supplement that shortfall with an additional dosage of another product. The end result is a good night's sleep. I’m already familiar with most of the ingredients in this blend, and I can confidently say this is a very thoughtfully designed formula. Each ingredient plays a unique role:- GABA, L-Theanine, and Glycine are calming amino acids that promote relaxation and reduce neural excitability.- 5-HTP and L-Tryptophan are both serotonin precursors—great for mood and sleep support.- Ashwagandha helps manage stress and lower cortisol levels.- SAM-e, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium Glycinate all support neurotransmitter function, emotional well-being, and muscle relaxation.I personally take this at night due to severe insomnia, and the first night I took it, I was stunned—I could barely keep my eyes open, and that’s rare for me. Even more impressive? I hadn’t even taken my prescription Hydroxyzine yet (which helps me stay asleep but never helps me fall asleep). I decided to skip it that night, and I still slept wonderfully—though only about six hours.So the next night, I combined this supplement with Hydroxyzine, and that combo has been magical. I’ve been sleeping soundly through the night ever since. I also take melatonin, which usually doesn’t help me either, but now as part of this sleep stack? I’m out like a light and wake up calm, refreshed, and feeling surprisingly good.The only thing I HATE is that the capsules are gelatin. Gelatin has an aweful distinct aftertaste. Does It Work?In the first place, YES, GABA (along with Omega 3 from Alaskan Fish Oil) has helped my memory more than anything else in the last few years. But am I sleeping better? Yes. A bit. I do need to keep trying these, and experiment with the dosage though. So far, I have taken two before bed, because I don’t want to over do it, and then I take one more when I get up to pee, so I can get back to sleep, but these have to be taken at least a half hour before bed, so that doesn’t work as great as it probably could. I’m going to start taking three before bed and try that, and update this.Is It A Good Value?Not really. Get the TWO pack when it’s on sale, because like right now, the two pack is on sale for only $2.00 more than one bottle!The QualityFirst of all: NOTHING says they are Tested!Second: The Bottle does NOT say Made In USA, or anything about a GMP Facility.Third: NOTHING SAYS Organic, just Non-GMO (big difference).Fourth: The Item Page and the website says Non-GMO, Made in the USA, GMP Certified in an FDA Facility, but again, NOTHING SAYS TESTED!Expiration DateFebruary 2027.
