I’ve been using these drops for a few days now, and honestly, I can feel the difference. I was feeling very bloated and uncomfortable after meals, but this helped calm everything down. For the record the reviewer freaking out about the taste idk what to tell people like that but it tastes like licorice and I actually like it, so go slather your lil dino nuggies in ketchup I guess. Far more of a legitimate complaint is the price. Preposterously expensive and owned by Bayer, a big Pharma giant corpo that did questionable business in WW2. When I started using it years ago it was owned by a different company and cost less. Like most people here already mentioned the issue is that it helps a little, like when I have too much gas or am nauseous (frequently). It’s not going to cure gastroparesis like someone on here wants it to. My stepmom uses angostura bitters in place of this and likes it better, but I am unsure of the equivalency.

I have been taking this for a few days and Im definitely feeling a difference. Been taking it after I eat. I took it tonight after eating a large bowl of spaghetti. Now we all know spaghetti can do lots of things to your belly…if you know what I mean…you know. 💨 Well, I gotta say, this stuff helped the full ess not feel overbearing. I just feel normal full if that makes sense. So far, this is great a d Ill continue to take this to help my belly when it needs a little extra help.

Though this only works sometimes for my husband, it doesn't work all the time. He has Gastroparises, which means everything he eats takes a long time to digest & often gives him a lot of pain in the process. He takes this along with a prescription medication & several other OTC things that together sometimes brings a measure of relief. We've found nothing that works all the time & might even be looking at a new surgery that has had good reviews of success for many patients. While he continues to use this as one of the things that works better than most, it's no cure for him. He likes that he can put the drops in his coffee instead of swallowing yet more pills. This is his second bottle, so he must see some value in continuing to take it.

I suffered most of my life with acid reflux and didn't want to return to taking the synthetic stuff (ex: protonix, prilosec, etc) as these are no longer recommended long tern due to the risk of cancer. I take 20 drops in liquid about twice a day, sometimes 3 times.I've noticed lately where I am not as hungry anymore and after researching much to my surprise found that most of the herbs are a mild appetite suppressant, so with me that's a double win.
