A very good product and always buy this as it’s in spray form and an easy way to take my combined daily Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 supplement. This is my go to product that I regularly purchase and highly recommend. It’s good quality brand and supplement, very effective when taken regularly and a good dosage from three daily pumps.

Keeps vitamin D levels well in range, easy to spray for those who can’t/dislike to swallow tablets or capsules. A good dose and the addition of vitamin K2 is always recommended to vitamin D absorption. Flavour isn’t too strong or unpleasant- would recommend

Good product easy application spray 3 drops on inside cheek good deal on Amazon. Only problem sometimes pump doesn't work so had to pour solution into the other container good job I ordered a few.

You just spray this easy to use bottle in your mouth, either aim for your cheeks or under the tongue. It seems to get into my blood faster. Since using it my Vit D readings have always been good - some of us don't absorb these essential vitamins in the usual way via our gut. And the bonus is it tastes good too.
