There was some sort of odd shipment delay with this seller, the first item I ordered left but then never arrived and went back to the warehouse. The second one I ordered had some delay and then finally showed up.I purchased this for my kitchen sink in my condo. Every so often I was getting a very bad smell coming up from the sink. I did not know if it was my unit or from something else in the building but I finally got tired of it after someone looked at it and said that the P trap was dry. That was not the case, since I use the sink everyday.So when the product finally came I was ready to use it. You let your sink dry at least an hour or so before using it, pour the recommended amount down the drain, and then leave it at least overnight if not longer. I left it overnight and then threw as much as the days I could before I had to use the sink.So far the issue has not recurred, and it's been a bit of time. I will update if the issue does come back but seems to have worked so far. If that's the case, this product works well and is a quality item, definitely 100% worth spending a little bit to get rid of problems that otherwise are more difficult and more expensive solutions. It worked quickly and was super easy, just poured down the drain.

So far so good. I used the recommended amount on a slow/no draining tub and sink. The sink drained almost immediately upon introduction. The tub was half full after a shower but was fully drained in less than 15 minutes.

I am foolish enough that I have ruined some pipes by using Draino too frequently. However, I heard how the enyzme kind do not have a negative impact on the pipes, but not quite as strong, and more preventive. When I used a bottle, over the course of about a week, when it was super clogged, it really didn't make a noticeable difference. However, when I was going on vacation, I used about half of a bottle and it had a week to work. When I came back there was a significant difference in the positive, but it was not completely unclogged. I think if one was vigilant with keeping up using it the correct way, it would do what it really supposed to do, keep drains from getting clogged without damaging pipes.

I had a musty smell coming from my kitchen drain. Within 24 hours of using this, the smell is gone. I used it once a week for the first month and then use it once a month. I also like that it does not leave an odor / fragrance smell.

Tried everything in my stinky drains. From baking soda to lemons the smell wouldn’t leave. One time with this product took care of the problem. Easy and quick.

I can't even evaluate how well it might work, because there is so much false information here and it's very dangerous.- The actual label on the product has a TON more warnings that the one pictured in the listing. Among these are DO NOT INHALE THE FUMES. Now how the heck is that safe for use in all these locations in the home if you're not supposed to be anywhere near the drains you use it on?- Eliminates smells. Maybe, but it adds a new smell! And a heavy industrial chemical one at that. I mean the stuff is hazard blue like you see in commercial bathrooms/portapotties and smells worse. True to the warnings, it's also instantly nauseating, not because of the odor, because the chemical vapors actually cause nausea because it's highly toxic. This stuff is NOT safe for use around people!- Septic safe. Really? Funny how that's not stated anywhere on the actual product, there is no statement that it's in any way natural, and it has a ton of hazard warnings about any contact with skin and vapors. I have a really hard time believing it's septic safe. I don't believe there are any enzymes in this, they'd be destroyed by the chemicals.This is an industrial cleaner and should not be used in the home. It's not safe for use around people. It is falsely listed and should be corrected or pulled. Do NOT buy this if you're looking for something safe and natural for use around your family.

Got this to get rid of smell coming from shower drain. First time poured in 2 cups but didn't work. 2nd time poured in the rest of the bottle. Removed maybe 70-80% of the smell, there's still some bad odor wafting out after using the shower. For the price, I was hoping for better.

Worked within 24 hours. We had a jacuzzi and a shower drain that smelled much like the showers we had in high school Ugh. Did a second application two days later, but in retrospect, I don't think it was necessary. Amazing product without the horrible, perfume smells manufacturers insist on adding to their products. Great stuff.
