Decent rails
I like the ears as they do fit and work. However the rear rails are not a good match. Need to do some modification for my switch. I have a 9100 series Cisco switch.

So far so good. I was able to install without any troubles. It fits perfectly in my rack

Does not fit Catalyst 9300
The product title is incorrect - this does not fit the Catalyst 9300. I had to grind off the raised surface from the rails towards the back of the switch for the rails to sit flat. It does compromise the structural integrity of the rails, but since the switch is not heavy it's not a big deal.

Good item but does not fit the Cisco Nexus 9300 (N9K-C93180YC-EX V03)
Unfortunately these do not fit the Cisco Nexus 9300 I have (N9K-C93180YC-EX V03). I rated them a 4 as they are nice new rails with hardware so if they fit your model there will work great.
