Excellent travel game controller. Looks great and after the Firmware update from the 8BitDo website the controller was absolutely perfect for my needs. Small. compact, great connection with no lag using Bluetooth to my Z Fold 6 playing Xbox Cloud Gaming!

One of 8bitDo's best designs to-date, with Hall Effects sticks, combined with the colorless clear shell that so many of us have wanted for years; what's not to love about this controller? The button colors did/do kind of confuse me, as my mind kept subconsciously trying to affiliate them with some pattern from a known 1st party controller. But, as far as I know, they simply don't match a known pattern; none that I've found, anyway.Not a big deal at all though, as one can easily open the shell and rearrange the buttons in whatever pattern they like (the PS pattern is easy to achieve with the button colors it comes with). Or one could grab a new set of C-Buttons from 8bitDo's website (/collections/repair-parts), if they really wanted some with double-shot symbols. They are priced extremely reasonably! And while you're there, I would consider throwing a GB-themed D-Pad in your cart too; as its feel is superior to the SNES-themed D-Pad, imo.You have to be a little more careful with transparent hard-plastics than you do with opaques, because they are a little more brittle. Something to do with how they achieve transparency.. Especially when the ambient temp is colder.And I can't confirm this yet but, I would not be surprised to find that one could tint this clear shell with their own color, by applying RIT dye (the type meant for synthetic materials) to the inside of the shell and setting it with low-heat from a hair-dryer, then rinsing away the excess. Of course tinted transparent paint, applied to the inside of the shell, would probably work too, with less risk.Anyway, this controller is pure, unadulterated 'win', imo! If you like the transparent look, I highly recommend picking up a pair of these (one as a backup, just in case it turns out to be limited-time only).

Works just like an 8BitDo controller but with useful print to let you know which button combo syncs to which console. Looks awesome in person.

ol' reliable 8bitdo sn30 pro, rebranded (which is a good thing, it's one of the best travel/pocket-sized controllers on the market as of this review). love the faceless buttons (less confusion when switching between different inputs).at first, ran into some quality control issues (unresponsive left d-pad on first order, right stick mechanism shifting underneath stick on second order), but after contacting genki through their official website, managed to get things sorted out and received one that works properly now.

Love this mashup Supernintendo type gamepad makes the colors look amazing! The sticks are also so good!

This is fantastic and in clear so that's exciting. I got it to play some diablo immortal on my phone and it works like a charm! Only thing I'm missing is the letters for the buttons, but that doesn't bother me much.

One of my favorite collabs from the last few years, the Genki x 8BitDo Pocket Pro is a compact SNES-inspired controller that feels premium, responsive, and is just really fun to use. This edition has a retro clear but foggy shell with buttons in Genki's brand pastel colors with labels throughout. All together it's just beautiful 😍The buttons are snappy, the d-pad is old school, chunky but responsive, and the analog sticks are full sized, buttery smooth and use hall effect sensors, so no drift. It's got those rubber select and start buttons down the middle, rounded L and R buttons up top along with triggers with a medium travel distance. But sadly, the triggers are digital, not analog 😭In 8bitdo fashion, it's multi platform compatible so you can easily jump from the Switch to Android to Steam Deck. Battery life has been solid, about 18hrs+ and it charges via USB-C. This restored my faith in 8bitdo controllers, as I've had issues with the last half-dozen I've here on Amazon. This honestly reminds me of the original SN30 pro controller, the Super Nes version. Which is a really good thing, as it's super comfortable to hold. The D-Pad is spot on to, and the shoulder buttons are great. Especially I think for racing games, or anything else for that matter. Genki did a great job with this controller, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who owns a Nintendo Switch.
